It's August, and it's that wind-down time for summer, kind of drowsy summer days when it's more inviting to hang out in the hammock and watch the dragonflies flit around flashing their colors, and doze off, away from city life to our own "special" cabin in the woods.............

Kim Norlien's art prints that we are going to show you today help you do just that. So inviting, you really feel you are right there in each one, in your hammock.................

This beauty is called "Sanctuary" a beautiful little church scene in a bend in the lake, complete with a pair of lovely swans. This art print also has some hidden images in it, you have to look closely, but then that's all the more of the beauty of this print that you can take in!

Granted, it's a little out of season in July, but then again, depending on the weather where you are, it might be just the thing you need to cool you off!

This is the perfect nostalgic country scene ~ horse and buggy driving past the church on a cold winter's morning, lovely white snowfall everywhere, and a male and female cardinal perched in a tree watching all things go by. The berries in the tree are leftover from the past autumn and are the perfect red and white compliment to the cardinal's own lovely colors.
